Challenge yourself to work hard and reach your goals - all in the comfort of your own home. Kristin will provide you with fun and unique 30 minute workouts each and every day for an entire month. Workouts will be sent to you each day with specific details so you know exactly what to do and how to do it.  She provides the workout and motivation - you provide the sweat!

Equipment Needed:  Dumbbells. A mat is a plus
