LADIES AND GENTLEMEN DO NOT SKIP YOUR CORE WORK! You can do as little as 5 minutes and you're off to the shower! I added a snapshot of a quick core workout that I routinely do after I run. It includes 2 sets of 60 second planks, 50 total push ups (split up), bird dogs (hip flexors and glutes are the target, watch video) and glute leg raises. The video isn't pretty as I just ran in the door and got busy, but it's a great example of how quick you can be efficient and work on that core! I try to do this variation every other day, but Planks EVERYDAY. I also strength train 1-2x/ week when I get time.
