Exercise Increases your life span

Most people think of exercise as a chore. It is afterall 'work'. But it's a good 'work'. We all know that exercise is good for us, in fact, it is GREAT for us. So why can't we get more people to exercise? Health care is expensive and it's only a matter of time before you will need more health care if you don't exercise and eat a clean variety of foods. A good exercise program does not take long to do and has many benefits for your health. Exercising for just 20-30 minutes/day most days of the week is key to a healthy lifestyle. We all get in ruts, but it's important to bounce back and get back on track throughout the year. Your body, your family and your friends will appreciate it.

A friend of mine, sent me 2 articles today about exercise and health. I urge you to take 5 minutes to read these articles and think about your 2019 goals. A little bit goes a long way.
