I have your answer! I started a virtual 30 day bootcamp last week. I thought, the holidays are around the corner, people are always looking to change things up this time of year, it's cold outside and we don't always have time to get to the gym for a class or session. I have almost 80 people in my group! I ran this for free this month to get an interest and see how well my clients do. They are having fun with it, albeit a bit sore!!! :)

I've been working with clients since 2005! With the way the technology world is going, I decided to open an online group training calendar. I will run monthly challenges as well as continue my 1 on 1 training, with more emphasis on nutrition and your daily routine. Look for another post in the next few weeks when things are complete.
